After developing and receiving approval for a project outline that included goals, risks, and a timeline overview, we got to work developing a donor funnel focused on email communication. This included creating an automated workflow for new contacts and four unique emails for the donor funnel aimed at turning new contacts into donors. The result was that over two-thirds of those who completed the funnel became recurring donors, breaking organization records for overall email engagement rates. It was a very rewarding experience to see such positive outcomes from our strategy development efforts, and we greatly enjoyed working with the SGM team.

This included focusing on the development of short-form videos for social media, creating and launching a new podcast, and developing a content-focused resource page to house and promote their growing amount of engaging content. As a result, their social media following continues to steadily increase, and their overall digital engagement has grown exponentially. We are grateful to continue our work with the Soul Care Institute and look forward to witnessing their steadily increasing audience and digital engagement.

We guided their team in creating event communication emails, social media content, and reaching out to micro-influencers in the community to increase awareness of the event. As a result, the event became a huge success and received record-breaking attendance, surpassing their previously established goals.
