When Olivet Leadership Foundation came to us, they were looking to create a brand identity that clearly communicated their impact on their clients. Their previous branding didn’t convey the strength they wanted and didn’t connect with their target audience. To resolve this, we worked closely with them to design a new logo, color palette, typography, and overall brand image.

OLF also specifically requested a detailed brand guide to ensure consistency across the organization. The result was a compelling brand identity that resonated with their audience, effectively communicating the strength of their brand and the impactful growth their clients experience. We loved seeing Olivet's vision come to life and effectively reach their specific audience with the right message.

Sacred Grace Ministries

After helping Sacred Grace Ministries develop the foundations of their brand and digital presence, they reached out again, seeking a comprehensive new contact-to-donor email communication campaign, as their previous approach was fragmented and did not effectively communicate their message.

After developing and receiving approval for a project outline that included goals, risks, and a timeline overview, we got to work developing a donor funnel focused on email communication. This included creating an automated workflow for new contacts and four unique emails for the donor funnel aimed at turning new contacts into donors. The result was that over two-thirds of those who completed the funnel became recurring donors, breaking organization records for overall email engagement rates. It was a very rewarding experience to see such positive outcomes from our strategy development efforts, and we greatly enjoyed working with the SGM team.
